Keeping It Simple...

  My work at the outset is "simple". Commercially made ceramic glazes, as pleasing as they may be to others, and as necessary as they may be, are often a source of compromise, and "muddy" the creative process... unfortunately bisque ware (above) doesn't sell well. If you purchased or were gifted a "finished" piece, know that I've anguished over its glaze application... much akin to putting boxer shorts on the statue of David.
